Dakar BL Forged
Dakar BL Forged is the EVO Corse forged wheel developed for the most extreme off-road applications. Its configuration is designed for use with a beadlock ring, a solution that allows reduced tyre pressures when required by the application.
With a load rating of 1,250 kg per wheel, Dakar BL Forged is designed for 4×4 vehicles and off-road configurations in which wheel, tyre, load and terrain must be considered as one system.
The recessed bolts help protect the fastening elements from direct exposure during use on uneven surfaces.
The beadlock ring is sold separately.
Forged and designed for beadlock use
Dakar BL Forged is made from AA6061-T6 aluminium alloy through forging. The process allows the wheel sections to be optimised according to the project and expected loads.
With the beadlock ring installed, the configuration is designed to allow the use of tyres at reduced pressures. The choice of wheel, tyre, operating pressure and beadlock ring must be made according to the vehicle and operating conditions.

Dakar BL Forged is available in a 9″ width and 17″ diameter, with ET and PCD specifications dedicated to off-road configurations requiring a beadlock-ready wheel.

Beadlock and recessed bolts
The beadlock provision allows Dakar BL Forged to be configured with its dedicated ring, sold separately. The ring must be selected according to wheel size and intended application.
The recessed bolts are designed to reduce the exposure of fastening elements during off-road use.
Materials, finishes and configurations
Dakar BL Forged is made from AA6061-T6 aluminium alloy.
Available colours are white, silver, gold, anthracite, matt black, glossy black, matt bronze and glossy bronze.
Applications and compatibility check
Dakar BL Forged must be configured according to the specifications of each individual vehicle and its intended use. Before ordering, it is necessary to verify the vehicle year and version, wheel size, PCD, ET, centre-bore diameter, fastening system, available brake clearance, tyre, compatible beadlock ring, intended load and applicable approval requirements.
