DakarZero 18
DakarZero 18 is the 18″ version of the EVO Corse range dedicated to extreme off-road and Rally Raid use. The 8.5×18″ size expands the configuration options for 4×4 vehicles that require a larger diameter, suitable tyre sections and braking components compatible with this setup.
The spoke profile is fully recessed within the tyre’s outer line, helping protect the spokes and mechanical components from stones, sand and debris. The enlarged hump allows the use of tyres at very low pressures, a configuration that must always be defined according to the tyre, vehicle and operating conditions.
Compared with smaller-diameter DakarZero wheels, the 18″ version features paired spokes with a lateral rib, while retaining the functional approach that defines the DakarZero family.
Designed for off-road and Rally Raid use
DakarZero 18 is developed for off-road and Rally Raid applications, where wheel configuration, component protection and load capacity must be assessed alongside the vehicle’s characteristics.
With a maximum load rating of 1,300 kg per wheel, it is intended for configurations requiring an 18″ wheel designed for high loads and demanding use.

Protected profile and enlarged hump
DakarZero 18’s spokes remain within the tyre profile, helping reduce the wheel’s exposure to stones and sand during off-road use.
The enlarged hump allows the use of tyres at very low pressures. The choice of this configuration must always be assessed according to the tyre, wheel, vehicle and operating conditions.
Configuration and mounting system
60° tapered steel inserts are included. The correct configuration must be defined according to PCD, ET, centre-bore diameter, fastening system, tyre, braking system and available vehicle clearance.
Materials, finishes and configurations
DakarZero 18 is made from A356-T6 aluminium alloy.
Standard colours are white and matt black. Silver, gold, anthracite, matt bronze, glossy bronze and glossy black are also available.

DakarZero 18 must be configured according to the specifications of each individual vehicle. Before ordering, it is necessary to verify the vehicle year and version, wheel size, PCD, ET, centre-bore diameter, available brake clearance, tyre, intended load and applicable approval requirements.
