LION V39 is the EVO Corse 15″ alloy wheel inspired by a rally classic and reinterpreted through modern manufacturing technology. It is produced through low-pressure casting in primary A356-T6 aluminium alloy, using a process developed to combine low weight with structural strength.
Its historic design is paired with a racing geometry that contributes to vehicle handling, acceleration response and brake-temperature management. The internal profile is also designed to allow the installation of larger brake calipers.
Lightness and rally structure
LION V39 is available in a 7″ width and 15″ diameter, with a weight ranging from 7.1 to 7.9 kg depending on the configuration. A356-T6 aluminium alloy construction and low-pressure casting allow wheel sections to be controlled according to the intended use.
Steel inserts help ensure precise fastening. Reinforced rim edges increase barrel bending stiffness, while the profile is designed to reduce the risk of tyre debeading even at reduced inflation pressures.

Barrel profile and brake-system clearance
The barrel profile of LION V39 is designed to contribute to the correct retention of the tyre bead, including at reduced inflation pressures.
The internal geometry provides the clearance needed for the installation of larger brake calipers. Actual compatibility must be verified according to the braking system, wheel size, ET and vehicle configuration.
Steel inserts and fastening system
Steel inserts are included and available with 60° tapered or flat seats. The correct configuration must be defined according to PCD, ET, centre-bore diameter, fastening system, tyre and braking system.
Materials, finishes and configurations
LION V39 is made from A356-T6 aluminium alloy through low-pressure casting.
Available colours are white, silver, gold, anthracite, gloss bronze, matt bronze, gloss black and matt black.
