RallyZero is a wheel inspired by a rally classic, yet re-engineered with the latest technologies and materials.
It is crafted using the same production techniques as modern competition wheels: low-pressure casting of aluminum alloy with 7% silicon, T6 heat treatment, and an optimized steel mold to reduce weight while maximizing strength.
It features all the key characteristics of a true racing rim, including steel inserts for bolt fixation and reinforced edges to enhance the flexural rigidity of the wheel’s width.
The large flat surface is ideal for applying custom stickers or graphics.
The wheel profile is designed to accommodate larger brake calipers, and it includes internal reinforcing ribs that also serve a dual purpose – providing additional structural support while enhancing brake cooling through their “ventilating” effect during races.
