RALLYZERO
RallyZero is a wheel inspired by a rally classic, revised through the use of modern materials and technologies. It uses the same production method as current competition wheels: low-pressure casting of 7% silicon aluminium alloy, T6 heat treatment and a steel mould optimised to reduce weight and maximise strength.
The RallyZero 7×17″ size starts at 9.9 kg and incorporates features associated with a racing wheel: steel inserts for fastening, reinforced rim edges for barrel bending stiffness and a profile designed to allow the installation of larger brake calipers.
Its wide flat surface allows the application of decals and customisation. Inside the wheel, reinforcing ribs also contribute to brake cooling through their ventilating effect while driving.
Manufacturing technology and racing design
RallyZero combines a design inspired by rally history with a structure developed using current production criteria. Low-pressure casting, T6 heat treatment and the use of a steel mould allow material distribution and wheel sections to be controlled according to the project.
Reinforced rim edges increase barrel bending stiffness, while the internal profile is designed to provide clearance for braking systems with larger calipers.

The 7×17″ size is the lightest configuration in the RallyZero range and is dedicated to tarmac rally and road applications.

RallyZero 8×18″
The 8×18″ size allows the use of a larger diameter while retaining the RallyZero design for tarmac rally and road use.

Fastening, customisation and brake clearance
Steel inserts are included and available with 60° or 90° tapered seats, or flat seats.
The wheel’s wide flat surface allows the application of decals and customisation. Its profile and internal ribs are designed to provide clearance for larger brake calipers and promote brake-system cooling while driving.
Materials, finishes and configurations
RallyZero is made from A356-T6 aluminium alloy with a 7% silicon content, through low-pressure casting and T6 heat treatment.
Standard colours are white and matt black. Silver, gold, matt bronze, glossy bronze and glossy black are also available. Anthracite is available for the 7×17″ and 8×18″ sizes.
Applications and compatibility check
RallyZero must be configured according to the specifications of each individual vehicle. Before ordering, it is necessary to verify the vehicle year and version, wheel size, PCD, ET, centre-bore diameter, fastening system, available brake clearance, tyre and applicable approval requirements.
