Sanremo Forged: 19 and 20-inch forged wheels for track and road use
Sanremo Forged is the forged reinterpretation of the SanremoCorse design, developed for high-performance vehicles used on track, at track days and on the road.
Its aerospace-grade aluminium alloy construction allows material sections to be optimised around the wheel’s structural requirements. The result is a wheel designed to reduce weight while retaining the strength required by performance applications.
Available in 19 and 20-inch diameters, Sanremo Forged combines extensive technical configuration options with a highly open design, created to promote airflow towards the braking system.

The 19-inch size is intended for performance configurations dedicated to track use, track days and road driving.

Sanremo Forged 8,5×20″
The 20-inch size is intended for vehicles requiring a larger diameter and a configuration defined around performance tyres and high-performance braking systems.

Forging and material optimisation
The forging process allows the material to be worked with greater precision than a conventional construction, defining wheel sections according to the loads and intended configuration.
On Sanremo Forged, material thickness is optimised to achieve a targeted balance of mass, stiffness and strength. It is a solution suited to vehicles requiring large-diameter wheels, performance tyres and substantial braking systems.
Open design and brake ventilation
Sanremo Forged features generous space between the spokes. This choice is not merely aesthetic: it promotes airflow towards the brake caliper and disc, contributing to braking-system ventilation during track and track-day use.
The inner profile is configured according to size and application, so that available clearance, offset, centre bore and compatibility with the vehicle’s braking system can be properly verified.
Configuration and mounting system
Sanremo Forged can be supplied with the EVO Corse mounting kit, including an aluminium centre ring and high-strength nuts or bolts.
60° conical steel inserts are included. The correct configuration must be defined according to the vehicle, braking system, PCD, offset, centre bore, tyre and applicable approval requirements.
Materials, finishes and configurations
All Sanremo Forged sizes are manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminium alloy and are intended for track, track-day and performance road-car applications.
Available colours are white, silver, gold, anthracite, gloss bronze, matt bronze, gloss black and matt black.
Applications and compatibility check
Sanremo Forged is configured according to each vehicle’s individual specification. Before ordering, it is necessary to verify the vehicle year and version, wheel size, PCD, offset, centre bore, brake clearance, tyre choice and applicable approval requirements.
