SanremoCorse: 16, 17 and 18-inch rally wheels

SanremoCorse is EVO Corse’s high-performance alloy wheel range, developed for tarmac rallying and racing applications that demand steering precision, reliability and extensive configuration options.

Available in 16, 17 and 18-inch diameters, SanremoCorse combines an A356-T6 aluminium alloy construction with a profile engineered to accommodate large braking systems, including WRC brake calipers. Its rim edge also facilitates the fitting of stiff racing tyres, a particularly valuable feature in competition use.

The range is suitable for tarmac rally cars, track cars and rallycross applications, as well as numerous performance and road vehicles. Each configuration is defined according to wheel size, PCD, offset, centre bore and the vehicle’s braking system.

SanremoCorse 16″

The 16-inch sizes are designed for rally and racing configurations requiring a compact diameter, without compromising the ability to accommodate high-performance braking systems.

SanremoCorse 17″

The 17-inch option is the most versatile configuration in the SanremoCorse range for tarmac rallying, track use and rallycross. Three widths allow the setup to be defined according to the vehicle, tyre and discipline.

SanremoCorse 18″

The 18-inch sizes are intended for vehicles requiring wider tyres and configurations focused on maximum precision on tarmac, track or rallycross use.

Materials, finishes and configurations

All SanremoCorse sizes are manufactured from A356-T6 aluminium alloy and are intended for tarmac rallying, road, track and rallycross use.

Standard colours are white and matt black. Silver, gold, anthracite, gloss bronze, matt bronze and gloss black are also available on request.

Steel inserts are included and may be 60° or 90° conical, or flat. The mounting configuration is defined according to the specific vehicle application.

Designed for tarmac rallying

SanremoCorse was created for tarmac rallying, where vehicle response, front-end precision and load management are essential. The 16, 17 and 18-inch sizes allow the wheel to be configured around the regulations, the vehicle and the selected tyre.

The inner profile is designed to provide clearance for large braking systems, while the rim-edge design makes stiff-sidewall racing tyres easier to fit. The range is also suitable for track, rallycross and performance road-car use, where the vehicle specification allows it.

Configuration and mounting system

SanremoCorse can be supplied with the EVO Corse mounting kit, including an aluminium centre ring and high-strength nuts or bolts. Steel inserts are included and are available with 60° or 90° conical seats, or with flat seats.

For specific road-car applications, the steel inserts can be omitted to use standard nuts or bolts. The correct configuration must always be verified for the individual vehicle.

Compatibility check

The listed applications identify the main vehicle models for which SanremoCorse is intended. Actual fitment must always be verified according to vehicle year and version, wheel size, PCD, offset, centre bore, brake clearance, tyre and applicable approval requirements.
