The products available on the “EVO Corse” website (hereinafter the “products” or the “EVO Corse products”) are offered and sold by Seido De Srl, with its registered office at Via Mattara 7/1, 31050 Vedelago (Treviso), Italy, VAT no.: IT03739500266, email address: info@evocorse.com.
ARTICLE 1: SUBJECT
These general conditions of sale govern the purchase agreement for any purchase made through the e-commerce website EVO Corse (hereinafter the “Site”). The Site is owned by Seido DE Srl. The parties to any purchase made through the Site are exclusively Seido DE Srl (hereinafter the “Seller”), as the seller, and the respective buyer (hereinafter the “Buyer”), i.e., the entity who purchases one or more products through the Site (the Seller and Buyer are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”). Any communication from the Buyer relating to this contract—including any notifications, complaints, inquiries concerning the purchase and delivery of products, the exercise of the right of withdrawal, etc.—must be sent exclusively to the Seller (Seido DE Srl) at the contact details published on the Site, and specifically to the email address info@evocorse.com. Each purchase is subject to the general conditions of sale published on the Site at the time the contract is concluded, in accordance with the following Article 2 of this contract. The Site is intended for the exclusive use of consumers, meaning it is reserved for retail sales. The ability to purchase products on the Site is therefore reserved for a “consumer,” defined by current law as “any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional activity carried out.” Should the Buyer not be a “consumer,” they are invited to refrain from submitting an order to the Seller. The Buyer agrees that the confirmation of the order information and the general conditions of contract contained herein shall be sent via email to the address provided by the Buyer to the Seller during the Site registration process. Any expenses necessary for connecting to the Site via the Internet (including any telephone charges) remain the sole responsibility of the Buyer, according to the rates applied by the operator chosen by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 2: CONCLUSION OF SALES CONTRACTS
The confirmation and submission of the order by the customer (a “Customer” is understood as a user of the www.evocorse.com site who proceeds to the e-commerce checkout), according to the instructions that will appear from time to time on the web pages, implies that the Customer has read and fully accepts these general conditions of sale. The sales contract between Seido DE Srl and the Customer is considered finalized upon acceptance of the order by Seido DE Srl. Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the consumer Customer shall print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, retain these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions on distance selling set forth in Legislative Decree no. 205/2006 of 6 September 2005 and subsequent amendments and integrations (hereinafter the “Consumer Code”). The Client declares to purchase the Products for their own use and not for commercial purposes; in particular, the Client undertakes and agrees not to offer for sale and/or display and/or sell or otherwise market the Products through websites and/or by means of so-called e-commerce. Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation is excluded, as is any contractual or extra-contractual liability for the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
Article 3: Methods of Purchase
Clients can only purchase products listed in the online catalog at the time of order submission. These products are viewable on www.evocorse.com and are described in their respective information sheets. An order will be processed once confirmation of successful authorization to charge the price, along with shipping and delivery costs, to the client’s credit card is received via email. This process is further detailed in Article 5. Please note that product images accompanying descriptions may not perfectly represent the item’s actual characteristics. There might be variations in color, dimensions, or even the presence of accessory products shown in the image. All supporting information provided for purchase should be considered generic informational material and not necessarily reflective of the specific characteristics of an individual product. After you place an order, Seido DE Srl will confirm its receipt with an email sent to the address you provided. This confirmation message will include the date and time your order was received, along with a Client Order Number that you should use for all future communications with Seido DE Srl.
The email will also detail all the information you entered, including the essential characteristics of the goods, the price, payment methods, delivery terms and costs, and any applicable taxes. Please check this information carefully and notify Seido DE Srl immediately of any necessary corrections, following the procedures outlined in this document. Should an order not be accepted, Seido DE Srl guarantees timely communication to the Client.
Article 4: Prices
Products will be sold at the prices listed on the online product page at the time the client confirms the order. Before the client finalizes their order by clicking the designated button, a web page will display a summary of the prices for items in the cart, along with taxes and delivery charges. This information will then be automatically included in the order form that the client submits to Seido DE Srl after completing the order confirmation process.
Article 5: Accounting Documentation and Delivery Methods
For every accepted and completed order, Seido DE Srl will issue a fiscal receipt. If the client is not a consumer and has provided a VAT number with their order, an invoice will be issued instead. This document will be sent via email to the order’s recipient, in accordance with Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000.
The information provided by the client during the order process will be used for the issuance of the fiscal receipt or invoice. No changes to this fiscal document will be possible once it has been issued. Seido DE Srl uses specialized transport companies for shipping and delivery. As soon as your package is picked up from our warehouses by the transport company, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Delivery costs and estimated times will be calculated and displayed in the dedicated section on the order page. When calculating delivery times, please exclude non-working days (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days preceding public holidays).
If the order recipient isn’t present at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the transport company will contact them to arrange a new delivery.
You can also contact customer care at info@evocorse.com for information about your package if it hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe. Please include your order number, name, delivery address, and city.
If delivery is impossible due to temporary unavailability, please contact customer care at info@evocorse.com. Otherwise, please be aware that continued unavailability or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in additional costs. When the courier delivers the goods, the client is required to check that the packaging is intact and undamaged. Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, and the client may refuse the delivery, stating the reason. The client must then contact Seido DE Srl at info@evocorse.com, describing the reason for the refusal. If a package damaged during transport is accepted by the client nonetheless, Seido DE Srl will not be held responsible for damages claimed afterward, as the order’s reception was attested as intact.
The delivery timeframe stated on the website is an estimate only. No compensation can be requested from Seido DE Srl for damages due to delays, interruptions, or total or partial suspensions of deliveries that are not attributable to Seido DE Srl’s actions or fault. This also applies to delays, interruptions, or suspensions caused by circumstances such as: work stoppages, labor disputes, supplier delays, energy shortages, transport suspensions, etc.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the client and are clearly indicated when placing the order.
Article 6: Payment Methods
Clients can complete their payment via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card (via PayPlug).
When you place your order, your bank will authorize the commitment of the order amount on your credit card. The actual charge for the goods shipped, even if partially, will only be debited from your credit card when Seido DE Srl receives confirmation from the courier that the ordered item has been physically dispatched.
Should you exercise your right of withdrawal, as outlined in Article 9, Seido DE Srl will refund the previously charged amount. Please note that this refund will exclude any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type different from the least expensive standard delivery we offer. At no point during the purchase process does Seido DE Srl have access to or knowledge of your credit card information. This data is transmitted directly to the banking institution handling the transaction via a secure connection, and no Seido DE Srl computer archive will store this information.

- The bank transfer must be made within 3 business days of placing the order; otherwise, the order will be cancelled.

Please note that standard banking practice dictates that bank transfers typically take 2 to 3 business days to be credited to the beneficiary’s (Seido DE Srl’s) bank account from the date of execution.
Therefore, your order will only be processed once the transferred amount has been received. This means the usual delivery times will be extended by the aforementioned banking timeframe.
Article 7: Order Processing Times
Orders are usually processed within 24 business hours after payment is received, though delays caused by the express courier may occur. For certain areas, processing times might extend to 48 business hours. Orders are processed on weekdays at 12:00 AM CET or CEST, depending on the daylight saving time currently observed in Italy.
Some products may have different delivery times than those indicated above; however, these times are clearly specified on the product page itself. If a product is unavailable, you’ll be promptly informed about the processing timeframe.
Article 8: Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order while it’s being processed by notifying us via email or phone, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you’ll need to accept the purchased goods and then exercise your right of withdrawal.
Article 9: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (as amended by Legislative Decree 21.02.14 no. 21), if you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to your professional activity, or you do not indicate a VAT number in your order form to Seido DE Srl), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without needing to provide explanations or incurring any penalty. You can exercise this right within 14 days of receiving the purchased product. To exercise this right, you’ll need to send Seido DE Srl a clear written communication to that effect within 14 working days from the date you received the goods. You can use the standard withdrawal form attached at the end of these general conditions.

Once your withdrawal communication is received, Seido DE Srl’s Customer Service will promptly provide you with instructions on how to return the goods. You must return or hand over the product(s) to the seller, or to a third party authorized by the seller to receive them, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date you communicated your intention to withdraw from the contract to the seller.
The direct shipping costs for returning the product are your responsibility. The purchased product must be returned in its entirety and undamaged, with all accessories and any spare parts, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.).
You may handle the product to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, but you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary for this purpose.
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you made to the seller, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your eventual choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by Seido DE Srl). This reimbursement will occur either when the product has been redelivered, or when you have provided proof of having sent the product back, whichever occurs first. These refunds will be issued using the ** same means of payment** used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement. If the goods are damaged during transport, Seido DE Srl will inform you of the incident within 5 business days of receiving the item(s) in our warehouses. This is to allow you to promptly file a claim against the courier and seek reimbursement for the value of the goods (if insured).
In such an event, the product will be made available for your return, and the withdrawal request will be simultaneously cancelled. Seido DE Srl is not responsible in any way for damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments.
Upon arrival at our warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that, in accordance with Article 59 of the Consumer Code, you will not be able to exercise your right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (for example, most food and cosmetic products).
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (this applies, for example, to all food products).
- The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgment that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Article 10: Warranty and Complaints
All EVO Corse products sold by Seido DE Srl are covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/05. To receive warranty assistance, you must retain the fiscal receipt or invoice (or DDT) that you’ll receive via email in PDF format.
The manufacturer’s standard warranty is provided according to the procedures outlined in the documentation included with the product packaging. If, following an intervention by EVO Corse’s technical service, the defect is found not to be covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty, you will be charged for any verification and restoration costs, as well as transport costs, if incurred by Seido DE Srl.
Replacements for DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not functioning upon delivery) only occur if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timeframes for product replacement or repair depend exclusively on the manufacturer’s policies.
If, for any reason, Seido DE Srl is unable to return a product under warranty (repaired or replaced) to you, Seido DE Srl may, at its discretion, proceed with either refunding the amount paid (taking into account the use of the goods) or replacing it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
The times for repair or eventual replacement of the product depend exclusively on the manufacturer’s policies, and no damages can be claimed from Seido DE Srl for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.
In cases where the application of warranties requires the return of the product, the item must be returned by you in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box. In all cases, avoid applying labels or adhesive tape directly to the product’s original packaging.

Article 11: Products and Their Use
Unless otherwise specified, the products sold on this website are not approved for use on public roads. They are intended solely for use in sports events on tracks or closed circuits, as well as at trade fairs or exhibitions.
Driving cars, karts, or motorcycles can be dangerous for oneself and others. Seido DE Srl can never be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages, accidents, injuries, deaths, or anything else that occurs while using the products sold on this site.
Using products not intended for road use may be considered a crime, punishable by fines, arrest, or other legal action under the laws of the state where they are used. Seido DE Srl disapproves of any use of products not intended for road use outside of sporting events, tracks, closed circuits, exhibitions, or trade fairs.
Article 12: Intellectual Property Rights
The Buyer acknowledges that all content on the Website is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are exclusively owned by Seido DE Srl.
The content of the Website, whether in whole or in part, may not be reproduced, transferred by electronic or conventional means, modified, or used for any purpose without the prior written consent of Seido DE Srl.
ARTICOLO 13: PRIVACY
We want to inform you that, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 (GDPR), the personal data you provide to Seido DE Srl will be processed, including through automated means, for inclusion in our customer archive. This data is necessary for the potential conclusion of a contractual relationship and for subsequent civil, tax, and management compliance.
Your data may also be used for statistical analysis and for commercial and promotional communications. However, you retain the right to opt out of receiving such communications at any time.
Providing your data is optional, but without it, we will be unable to enter into a sales contract and therefore cannot accept your order.
Your data may be shared, for the same collection purposes, with companies within our group, commercial partners, and third parties entrusted with outsourced services.
Seido DE Srl, with registered office at Via Mattara 7/1, 31050 Vedelago (Treviso), is the data controller.
We also inform you that, in relation to the provisions of Articles 15, 16, 17, and 18 of the GDPR, you will have, among other rights, the right to obtain:
- Confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you.
- The erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law.
- The updating, rectification, or integration of your data.

Article 14: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Italian Law, expressly excluding the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract:
If you are a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction will be that of your municipality of residence.
In all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction will be exclusively that of the Court of Treviso.
