Privacy Policy
This page describes the management procedures of the site concerning the processing of personal data of its users. This information notice is provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data to those who interact with the web services of Seido DE srl, accessible electronically from the address: https://www.evocorse.com, which corresponds to the homepage of the official site.
This notice is provided for this site only and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.
The notice is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001, which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Group established by Art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing, and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.
The Data Controller
Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The “controller” of their processing is Seido DE srl, in the person of its legal representative.
Place of Data Processing
Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the company’s headquarters and is handled only by technical staff of the Office in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data from the web service is communicated or disseminated. Personal data provided by users who submit requests for informational material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, catalogs, price lists, answers to queries, various documents, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested.
Types of Data Processed
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, data on web contacts do not currently persist for more than seven days.
Data Provided Voluntarily by the User
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary notices will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.
Cookies
A cookie is a simple text file that is stored on the user’s computer or mobile device by a website’s server and that can be read or retrieved by the server itself. It contains some information and allows the website to remember, for example, the user’s preferences. The e-Privacy Directive and the Provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 8 May 2014, no. 229, regarding the “Identification of simplified methods for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies,” provide that the use of cookies may be permitted only with the user’s consent.
We use cookies exclusively for the purpose of managing access statistics. It is possible to limit or disable the use of cookies through your web browser. However, in this case, the statistical data of access to the products would be distorted due to a lack of tracking.
What cookies do we use?
Navigation or session cookies: used to record data useful for the normal navigation and use of the website on the user’s computer (allowing, for example, to remember the preferred page size in a list). These cookies can then be distinguished by their persistence on the user’s computer: those that are automatically deleted at the end of each navigation are called session cookies. If they have a longer life, they are called permanent cookies.
Analytics cookies: which allow the collection of data on the use of the website by the user, including the elements on which one clicks during navigation, in order to improve the performance and design of the site itself. They may be shared with our third-party analysis tool providers who are obliged to comply with the relevant regulations. For this reason, we refer to the links of the third-party website pages, where the user can find the cookie consent collection forms and their relative information notices.

Optional Nature of Data Provision
Apart from what is specified for Browse data, the user is free to provide personal data or not. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.
Processing Methods
